If you're wanting armor penetration why don't you just use the old pew pew build?
Prepared Shot
Penetrating Attack
Sundering Attack
Lightning/Flail
RTW
blah
blah
blah
Edit, NVM, didn't realize this was in the Warrior section. Wow. Um, interesting build.

No. Just no. If you're wanting to put out SY, never ever use a weapon that slows down your attack speed, and a hornbow is about as slow as they come.

Go go W/R bowmen.
I think the warriors should stick with axe, sword, and hammer builds. Leave the bows to Rangers.

"dont post if you dont got any good to say "
But then noone would post and you would think your build is OK.
But it's a warrior, with a bow.

I shouldn't have to point this out, as it's blatantly obvious, but I will anyways, so you don't get your undies in a bind:
1) You have 12 Marksmanship for 2 skills. That is more than overboard when it comes to being wasteful.
2) This disallows you the use of a shield. +16AL and +30HP, along with either +10AL vs. Damage Type or even a -5/20% (shudder) would do you better than running a Warrior with a Bow for prolonged periods of time. Hell, I keep a Flatbow/Longbow on me for pulling at ALL times in PvE, but that doesn't mean that you can run around with a Bow being as bad-ass as you can with an Axe/Hammer/Sword. You just can't.
3) If ANY kind of Bow Warrior was decent, it would be in the sticky. There isn't one. You can find a DSlasher, an Evis Axe, an Earthshaker, and a Scythewar. NO BOW WARRS. The skills cost too much energy for a Warrior to use on a regular basis, and you sacrifice some of the best skills you possibly could when you trade your Axe / Hammer / Scythe / Sword for a Bow.
Sorry if I burst your bubble, Lourens, I was blunt. Others might candy-coat this post of fail, but I consider it disrespectful to help someone pull the wool over their own eyes. I answered your question with the cold, hard facts.

Im just TRYING to be creative and do something new
for all those wars who are tired of melee weps and dont wanna start a new character
and 12 marks is for the weapon capito ?
as war you allready have 100 vs physical and 80 normal so the extra shield is not needed as your not on the front line
and i dont care how you speak to me as long as you know what you are saying im fine with it
and as far as i know guildwars is a role playing game
o and a hunter knows how to handle a bow for hunting beasts and an axe to prepare the beast for dinner
i just like role playing thats all
and plz dont try to piss me off thanks

Honestly I dont see any point in your build, there is no point running a bow warrior because theres nothing it can do that a ranger cant. I mean, if you want to go ranged, get a spear warrior, because warriors with their fast non-elite IAS which makes them charge adrenaline very fast are probably best spear turrets ingame.

Curiouscity, Ur using a total of 15energy in attack skills, why are you bothering with marksmans wager (ignoring the fact its an expertise skill) prepared shot will probably be better and give you rtw on ur bar.

You never said that it was for role-playing in the OP, I checked.
If pissing you off and pointing out how your build isn't being efficient in the game coincide, as with my earlier post, then I guess you are just going to have to be pissed off.
Even if:

What I could ask for is better than 'ok' energy management, and my builds already have appropriate IAS and IMS, as well as armor pen. I have the balls to say what I think, and the maturity to be able to take the criticism that will follow. Forums aren't for the thin-skinned. Let your skin toughen up a bit, then step up to the plate.
